how does the scoring work?

acespeak analyses your clip and rates your delivery across five dimensions — gestures, posture, pace, intonation and pauses — for a total out of 1,500, with a signed delta versus your last try. scores are automated practice guidance, not a professional assessment.

are my recordings private?

yes. your recordings and scores are tied to your account and are not shown to other users. the leaderboard shows only your name and score — never your video. see our privacy policy for the full detail.

how do i delete my account and data?

you can delete individual recordings in the app. to delete your whole account and associated data, email hello@acespeak.uk and we'll take care of it.

how do i manage or cancel my subscription?

pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings; refunds are handled under their policies. more in our terms of service.
